DAVID MOYES could make Everton starlet Ross Barkley his first signing as Manchester United boss according to the Daily Star
Moyes, who will succeed Sir Alex Ferguson at Old Trafford, handed Barkley his Premier League debut at the age of just 17 and is a big fan of the midfield ace.
Barkley, 19, has gone on to play 18 times for Everton and was named the club’s Young Player of the Season this year.
But now Moyes will look to lure the £12m-rated youngster to Old Trafford, according tocaughtoffside.com.
The lure of joining the Premier League holders will be almost impossible to turn down for Barkley, who was born and raised in Liverpool.
And it could be part of a triple raid, with Moyes also being linked to Goodison Park stars Marouane Fellaini and Leighton Baines.
