Silva has held talks to sign bargain midfielder
Everton manager Marco Silva has personally held talks with Clement Grenier about signing the French midfielder this summer according to L’equipe.
Grenier has reportedly got a gentlemans agreement that he can leave EA Guingamp for only €3m this summer. He only signed for Guingamp in January on an 18 month contract.
The 27 year old has spent the latter half of the season on loan at Roma before returning to his parent club Lyon before being sold to Guingamp.
Grenier has represented France on 5 occasions and made 12 appearances for AC Guingamp last season scoring twice.
Grenier has also held talks with Fulham, AC Milan, Newcastle United, Rennes and Fenerbahce.
Would Grenier be a good signing for Everton?
