    Stoke City looking to sign Ashley Williams?

    Stoke City are showing interest in signing Everton defender Ashley Williams who will look to then sign Yannik Vestergaard as a replacement.

    The 33 year old defender has struggled in his time at Goodison Park and could now see a move to the Championship according to The Guardian.

    Stoke City are interested and his former team Swansea City have also been linked with a move for the big defender.

    Borussia Monchengladbach defender Vestergaard, who is currently on international duty with Denmark at the World Cup, is being touted as an expected replacement
