    Tom Cleverley facing 8 weeks out for Everton

    Everton midfielder Tom Cleverley is expected to be out for 8 weeks with injury according to the Daily Star.

    The England midfielder suffered what looked like a nasty ligament injury following a robust tackle from Spurs player Eric Dier at the weekend and was expected to face a lengthy spell out.

    It is understood that the player has not suffered a break but does have ligament damage.

    The midfielder joined the club on a free transfer from Manchester United and has been one of Evertons stand out players so far this season.
